Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to support our construction management team in overseeing the on-site execution and control of structural elements across various projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all on-site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of setting-out engineers on-site.
Inspect formwork, reinforcement, and dimensions before concrete pours to ensure accuracy and maintain materials reconciliation records.
Review drawings and technical documents to confirm that all calculations and site layouts are precise and correctly implemented.
Act as the main technical advisor on site, liaising effectively with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and enforce strict adherence to quality control standards, health and safety regulations, and project timelines.
Assist in coordinating temporary works and ensuring all installations are aligned with engineering best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Site Engineering role with a recognized main contractor.
Proficient in using setting-out instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels.
Sound understanding of temporary works coordination and structural methodologies.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and proactively resolve technical issues.
