Responsibilities
- Communicate with Swedish customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Make reservations and help the customer to find the most suitable hotel with the best value
- Communicate with hotels regarding to any request, cancellation or change of booking
Who are you?
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- 6 months+ experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Solution oriented who sees no obstacles - only opportunities
- Interested in a career in an exciting international company
What we offer?
Salary 33k + 10% yearly bonus (can be paid monthly)
