My Client is looking to hire a fully remote Team Assistant/PA.
What you’ll do
The newly formed Team Assistant role will operate cross functionally providing end to end support
to our Leadership and Client Services Team.
You’ll have an opportunity to create and implement new ways of working that help us scale and
work efficiently as the business grows.
The team of 12 people is primarily based in Ireland, UK and North America with an expanding global
client base. We’re looking for this role to bring best practice across the below areas with a mindset
of continuous improvement as we grow.
A taste of the day to day
● EA support to key members of the Leadership Team including diary, travel and expense
management
● Maintaining calendars for the Client Services team members including booking and
confirming meetings across multiple time zones.
● Keeping the team supported when they travel; logistics and support whilst abroad
● Forward planning the calendar to manage and support connectivity of the team and
internal meetings and events.
● Arranging internal events, travel, lunches, dinners etc.
● Support and input into operational process development as required
● Contribute and send out internal updates as required.
● Provide support creating and preparing client / internal decks as required (on the job
coaching provided here if needed)
Who you are
● Previous experience in a PA / Team Assistant capacity and can demonstrate experience in
the above areas
● Operational mindset and has previously helped develop new ways of working and / or
processes
● Excellent attention to detail and cares deeply about their quality of work
● Continuous improvement mindset
● Enjoys keeping across relevant industry trend
