- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier talent for agency account management roles.
- Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented culture with a focus on sales excellence and customer impact.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
- Drive consistency in sales quality and client engagement across all team activities.
