Our Fintech client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a Technical Recruiter to join their team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring top tech talent across EMEA, partnering with hiring manager and HR. This role will be working fully onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Create and adapt effective recruiting processes to attract the best talent.
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment
- Conduct initial screening and candidate interviews to assess candidates' skills
- Develop an understanding of tech vacancy requirements
- Management of offer processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years recruitment experience (Technical recruitment experience, highly desirable.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement experience
- Multi-country recruitment experience, preferable
- Experience utilising and maintaining accurate data on ATS
