Our client, based in Dublin 2, is seeking a highly organised Temporary Administrator to join their team on a temporary assignment. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support across a range of functions, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
Temporary Administrator
Location: Dublin 2
Rate of Pay: €17.41 per hour
Duration: approx. 8 weeks (with potential for extension)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a wide range of administrative support to the team
- Managing diaries and scheduling for senior staff
- Processing and tracking purchase orders
- Coordinating meetings, visitors, and events
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and following up on actions
- Handling office tasks such as correspondence, filing, stock checks, and reception cover
- Supporting projects and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
