We are seeking an experienced and driven Trade Counter Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the trade counter, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our wide range of plumbing products and services to both residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and products, combined with excellent communication and supervisory and/or management experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Leading, motivating, and managing the trade counter team.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored plumbing solutions that meet their specific needs.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and industry trends to provide customers with expert guidance.
· Conduct product demonstrations to show the features, benefits, and value of plumbing products and services.
· Address customer inquiries and provide excellent pre-sale and post-sale support.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns
· promptly and professionally.
· Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
· Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports to management.
· Collaborate with the plumbing installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
· Assist the marketing team by providing insights and feedback on customer needs and product preferences.
Requirements:
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing sales or a similar field.
· Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and services.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
