Join a Leading Irish Specialist Tour Operator as Travel Consultant (Pilgrimages)

A well-established and growing Irish tour operator, renowned for its expertise in specialized travel, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to become part of its dedicated team based in Dublin 2.
Position: Travel Consultant – Pilgrimages
Location: On-site at our Dublin office (Office based)
*Hybrid option: Opportunity to work from home one day per week after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: 28,000 – 34,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to customers, offering tailored advice and expertise on Pilgrimage tours across Europe
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person (walk-ins)
- Manage bookings, process payments, and handle cancellations
- Liaise with internal departments and product teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, flexible, and resilient attitude in all interactions
Your Profile:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Interest in travel
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with popular destinations for Irish Catholic pilgrims is an advantage, but not required
