Position: Travel Consultant - Group Departures Specialist
Location Dublin office (No work from home option)
Working Hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Salary Base of 32 000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Planning, booking and coordinating travel arrangements for clients (groups)
- Dealing with customers on a day to day basis
- Helping customers with their enquiries, providing expert advice and recommendations on destinations and activities
- Communication with customers over phone, email; working with face-to-face customers (walk-ins)
- Taking and managing booking, payments, cancellation
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating flexibility resilience and keeping always positive attitude
Your Profile
- Proven track record as a travel agent/consultant
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for travel
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
