What We Did
Cpl provided an RPO service by partnering with a MedTech company based in Dublin. Globally our client had 7,500 employees and the local site in Dublin had approximately 60 employees.
Our client had a limited TA function and was experiencing rapid growth due to Dublin being the new site for EMEA shared services as well as the need to create a new innovation team from scratch.
Our client had implemented a new costing initiative to reduce agency spend, requiring their TA function to increase the use of their sourcing channels.
How We Did It
We managed the full recruitment life cycle for the new hires at their Dublin site. Our experienced team fully managed the recruitment of technical and multilingual positions as well as providing administration and coordination support.
Given the experience of our team, we were often relied upon by the client’s EMEA team members to support open roles that had already exceeded the day's open goal.
There was an emphasis on building a good trusting relationship with global stakeholders and ensuring the TA function could be relied upon for all roles across the business. We provided support for roles across EMEA, US & Australia.
Our team built up relationships with global stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Our team worked to produce SLAs and KPIs to provide key metrics to all stakeholder of recruitment activity. This ensured there were consistent communication and engagement with stakeholders.
During this RPO our team built out a newly created innovation team. We supported the hiring of 42 technical positions while managing the full recruitment process for 34 hires. Hiring senior niche technical candidates in positions such as Director, Technical Architect, Product Owner, Senior Software Engineers, Applied Behavioural Scientist and Research Engineers.
Our TA team support the TA strategy to reduce agency spend by supporting their use of sourcing strategies and channels. Our TA team has the highest response rate across the EMEA team at 31% for passive candidates.
