IT Support Analyst
Provide deskside and helpdesk support, resolving day-to-day IT issues and keeping users productive. You’ll troubleshoot login and access issues (including Okta), manage user accounts, support email services, ship IT equipment, and work across a hybrid environment using Microsoft Azure. You’ll also assist with incident resolution, documentation, and ongoing IT projects.
About You
- Previous IT support or helpdesk experience with a strong customer focus
- Solid knowledge of Windows, iOS, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Confident troubleshooting skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable supporting VIP users in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant IT qualification and excellent written and spoken English
This is a hybrid role involving 3 days a week on site in Sandyford , Dublin D16 2 days a week from home. The salary is circa €35,000 PA and you will receive training. You must hold a current valid visa to allow you work in Ireland. Please email your cv to [email protected]
