Account Executive – New Business (UKI)

We’re partnering with a leading global technology company that is continuing to scale its UK & Ireland sales organisation. As part of this growth, they are hiring Account Executives (New Business) to drive net-new revenue across key industry verticals.
This role is designed for hunters, sales professionals who are energised by building something from scratch, opening doors, and winning new customers.
The Role
As a New Business Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of a defined UKI territory, with a clear focus on net-new logo acquisition. You’ll start with zero pipeline and be trusted to build, manage, and close your own opportunities end-to-end.
This is a field-led role with high visibility and responsibility, suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and being out in the market with customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and own a new business pipeline from scratch
- Drive demand through outbound prospecting, customer outreach, and meetings
- Work closely with BDRs (based in Barcelona) by providing direction, campaigns, and target focus
- Collaborate with partners to generate and progress opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal close
- Engage directly with customers, including on-site visits and executive meetings
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in a quota-carrying, new business sales role
- Strong hunter mentality with proven pipeline-building ability
- Experience selling complex software or technology solutions
- ERP sales experience is highly preferred, but strong attitude and aptitude matter most
- Comfortable working with little structure initially and creating your own momentum
- Open-minded, coachable, and commercially sharp
