About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships within an existing client base. Your goal is to ensure clients receive maximum value from our advertising solutions while identifying opportunities for upselling and growth. This role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage pricing discussions, and a solid understanding of app-based advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they leverage our platform effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify upselling opportunities and drive incremental revenue within existing accounts.
- Confidently manage pricing discussions and communicate value during price adjustments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events, building brand presence.
- Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally in digital advertising or tech.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to discuss pricing strategies and handle objections effectively.
- Understanding of app-based advertising and digital marketing solutions.
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers both in person and virtually.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
