Account Manager | German Speaker | Dublin (Hybrid) | €60K OTE
A fast-growing, innovative digital marketing company is looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to help businesses across Europe grow. You’ll manage a high volume of accounts, work closely with advertisers, and help turn data into actionable insights to maximise campaign performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts, retaining and growing revenue
- Understand partner business goals and translate data into actionable insights
- Troubleshoot and optimise campaigns to meet advertiser objectives
- Upsell and cross-sell to activate new opportunities within accounts
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to maintain and grow relationships
- Communicate new features and platform updates to clients
- Track, analyse, and share key metrics, trends, and KPIs
- Maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring campaigns achieve their goals
Ideal Profile
- Fluent German and strong English
- Experience in digital advertising campaign management
- Experience in sales or account management roles
- Strong knowledge of online marketing trends
- Skilled in data analysis and using insights to drive results
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and G Suite collaboration/presentation tools
- Innovative, tech-savvy, and able to deliver creative solutions quickly
- Team player, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Compensation & Benefits
- €34,000 base salary, €60,000 OTE
- Hybrid working model (3 days in Dublin office, 2 days from home)
