About the Role
We’re looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Service Manager to support and empower our enterprise customers across the DACH region. You’ll be the key link between clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth service delivery, resolving complex issues, and helping customers get the most from our products.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, enjoys solving problems, and can manage multiple stakeholders with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients — managing service requests, account configuration, and escalations.
- Proactively educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Drive improvements in SLA performance, case resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, and Risk teams to resolve high-impact issues.
- Support compliance activities (e.g., PCI DSS documentation) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success — ideally in fintech or payments.
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and handling complex service cases.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
