Customer Success / Account Management Opportunity – German Speaking

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing users or partner accounts, acting as a trusted consultant to help them grow through the company’s business and advertising solutions.
- Take ownership of client success, ensuring satisfaction and value from the company’s products while prioritizing clients’ business needs.
- Drive product adoption through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and client workshops.
- Use data insights to identify and address gaps in clients’ platform use, helping them run their businesses more efficiently.
About You
- A proactive and dynamic self-starter, fluent in German, with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a tech, IT, online services, or digital marketing environment.
- Skilled in taking a consultative approach to understand business challenges and advise clients on best use of company products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue, retention, and client satisfaction KPIs.
- Motivated to grow, learn, and progress in your career.
