Accounts Administrator – Ballymena - £28,000

Duties:
· Process customer invoices promptly and with accuracy.
· Record and track incoming payments to ensure accuracy.
· Manage credit control by following up on overdue accounts and resolving billing or payment discrepancies.
· Reconcile customer accounts and prepare detailed aging reports.
· Apply cash receipts to customer accounts within the accounting system.
· Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and issue account statements when needed.
· Provide accurate AR reports and schedules to support month-end close activities.
· Maintain well-organised records of invoices, receipts, and related correspondence.
· Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and supplying required documentation.
Criteria:
• Previous experience in a similar role covering AR, billing, or collections.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Previous use of accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
