My client is hiring for AP Support Analyst . This role provides key operational support within the Shared Service Centre (SSC), assisting the internal AP Team and BPO partner to manage daily workloads efficiently, ensure compliance, and optimize AP performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily AP activities, queries, and issue resolution with the BPO partner.
- Verify adherence to AP SOX controls, perform process checks, and oversee reconciliations.
- Maintain and verify Supplier Master Banking Data per control policies.
- Approve Supplier statement reconciliations and manual payments.
- Resolve aged Goods Received Not Invoiced balances.
- Support process standardization initiatives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years in AP, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Strong grasp of AP controls, reconciliations, and supplier master/banking data.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communicative, resilient, adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
