In your role will help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. This role involves coaching and developing a world-class team and in addition to leading a team, this role will also be challenged with developing programs to scale sales operations, solve customer’s problems upstream, and grow revenues by delivering a world-class customer sales experience to millions of customers.

Some of your responsibilities:
● Lead through demonstration, this is a high profile client facing role and as such you will need a proven ability to engage clients, and demonstrate high levels of sales acumen, while coaching your team to raise the bar.
● Lead a high performing team focused on supporting and scaling Strategic Digital Marketing agencies and their advertisers.
● Identify strategic areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success
● Customer and client stakeholder management
● Develop, coach and manage your team to ensure operational excellence.
● Identification of top talent and hiring in the interview process to build out and maintain the highest team standards.
● The ability to motivate and inspire your team by leading by example in a goal and results orientated way
● Provides leadership, support and development to members of the team, building on the strengths of the team members.
● Proven experience working with or at Digital Marketing Agencies with a strong understanding of the agency landscape within digital marketing
● +5 years as a Sales Manager/Team Lead or in similar role, with a successful track record of building and managing strong teams and large Agency/Advertisers
● An artful relationship builder with an ability to nurture & drive mutually beneficial outcomes with both clients & internal stakeholders.
