Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to join a busy and dynamic team? My client is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their Bidding Department.
Location: Swords | Industry: Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of bid requests
- Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in bid applications
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base and set of standardised templates
- Identify opportunities to improve bid processes and efficiency
- Format and prepare documents for submission
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with routine administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Construction industry experience is an advantage
