Our Client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temporary Full-Time contract for 1 month.
Role Summary:
This role involves working as part of a team to support staff and students during the busy examination period. The successful candidate will provide first-level assistance across a variety of services.
The Exams Office manages a high volume of calls and emails throughout this time. The team is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the exam cycle, including pre-exam preparation, managing exams in progress, and processing results afterwards.
The candidate will contribute to data entry tasks for invigilation and ensure the invigilation database remains accurate and up to date. They will also be responsible for scanning and handling confidential documents.
Skills Required:
Experience using a range of relevant computer software applications, including Office 365, MS Teams, and email systems.
A proactive and flexible approach to delivering high-quality customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to enquiries by email, phone, and other channels.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong listening skills, with the ability to clearly understand customer needs.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload effectively and work well under pressure.
