We are currently looking to fill a Clerical Admin Support position for approximately 4 to 5 weeks, starting as soon as possible based in Oranmore.
This role is fully onsite, working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a total of 35 hours per week. The hourly rate is 17.07 euro per hour.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Recruitment & Selection Administration:
- scheduling interviews
- coordinating candidate communications
- preparing interview packs and documentation
- assisting with shortlisting and document tracking
- updating recruitment trackers and internal systems
- General Administrative & Project Support:
- providing daily clerical assistance such as managing emails, queries, and filing
- supporting meeting preparation
- taking minutes
- following up on actions as needed
- helping with the setup of meeting rooms and events
- and performing other administrative tasks to support the project during the review period
