TREASURY ADMINISTRATOR

THE ROLE:
This role is in the Treasury Corporate Services area (TCS). TCS is a specialised area covering a number of different Treasury Products (Foreign Exchange, Money markets, Derivative & Securities,)
The teams within TCS are responsible for all back office functions for a number of key stakeholders including Global Markets, BOI UK, and Group Treasury. The main functions within TCS are the confirmation and settlement of trades. The teams act as liaisons both internally and externally throughout the life of a trade to ensure it is correctly reflection on all systems.
We are currently looking to recruit for our Money Market and Derivative Settlements team.
The purpose of the role is to engage with Interbank and Corporate clients to confirm and settle trades that have been executed with Corporates and Market.
RESPONSABILITIES:
• Settlement of Treasury Products
• Working closely with our key stakeholders ensuring an excellent level of customer service is provided.
• Authorisation and settlement of trades
• Daily payment and position of funds
• Prompt resolution of queries as they are received
• Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly operational & Key controls are adhered to
• Identifying and driving improvements in current process
• Preparation of monthly MIS for management
• Liaising between Global Markets Front Office; Middle Office and other support areas.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
• 1+ Year Banking Experience
• Back office experience in a Treasury environment
• Relevant 3rd Level Qualification
