Are you an experienced administrator with strong digital skills, project coordination expertise, and a flair for organisation? Our client, is seeking an Administrative & Project Support Executive to join their dynamic team.
This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same—covering everything from board administration and event management to database oversight and creative content design.
This position is a 6 month temporary contract, on site.
Administrative & Project Support
- Provide high-level administrative support including diary management, travel bookings, and meeting organisation.
- Upload governance documents to board management software and assist with committee nominations.
- Oversee project administration: scheduling, paperwork, and progress follow-ups.
- Assist with annual report production, newsletters, presentations, and CRM/database updates.
- Manage archives, internal calendars, and email distribution lists.
Membership Administration
- Administer paperwork for new member organisations and amendments to rulebooks.
- Maintain digital records, proof and format documents, and liaise with regulators.
- Manage submissions via online portals and coordinate with external stakeholders.
Event Management
- Organise and deliver key organisational events including the AGM, national conferences, and award ceremonies.
- Manage logistics, communications, and on-site support for board and committee meetings.
Digital & Creative Support
- Maintain multiple websites using WordPress.
- Design newsletters, promotional material, and advertising using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Upload news items, press releases, and resources online.
Additional Organisational Support
- Provide administration and communications support to related trusts, institutes, and projects.
- Assist with compliance filings, database updates, and member/stakeholder queries.
