Account Executive – German Market (EMEA)

About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact — on customers, business growth across EMEA, and your own career progression. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll act as a trusted product expert, partnering with the right customers and setting them up for long-term success.
You’ll manage the entire sales process — from qualification and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close — while handling a high-velocity pipeline with multiple opportunities at once. Top performers are highly organised, forecast accurately, and proactively build value across their territory.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build and grow a strong customer base across the EMEA region
- Own and actively manage your pipeline with a long-term, strategic mindset
- Run a full sales cycle in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
- Apply AI fluency to streamline workflows and focus on high-impact activities
- Lead by example through accountability, effort, and ownership
- Support and mentor newer Account Executives as the team grows
- Contribute to adjacent projects and expand your commercial skillset over time
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience carrying a net-new revenue quota, with consistent overachievement
- Strong background selling MarTech SaaS solutions
- Proven success selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing Leaders
- Experience in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments, often with multiple stakeholders
- Curiosity and hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by exceeding targets
- Resilient mindset — able to learn quickly from setbacks
- Collaborative, engaging, and relationship-focused approach
- Fully authorised to work in Ireland without restrictions
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: €130K OTE- 50/50 split
- Additional compensation may include variable pay, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, wellbeing, pension, etc.)
