CPL Recruitment is seeking an Asset Data Coordinator to join a large infrastructure-focused organisation in Cork. This role sits within the Asset Management function and supports the quality and accuracy of asset data used to inform critical investment and operational decisions.
The Role
Reporting to an Asset Data Analyst, you will help ensure asset information is correctly maintained across systems, supporting data quality, reporting, and governance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update asset databases to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Track and manage asset and location data through the full lifecycle
- Support data quality checks and updates based on field changes
- Assist with reporting and performance metrics related to asset data
- Help develop and apply data standards and best practices
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on data quality issues
- Support ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification (desirable)
- 1–2+ years’ experience in utilities, infrastructure, or a similar environment
- Experience with an EAM system (e.g. Maximo or similar)
- GIS knowledge is an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
