B2B Account Executive Location: East Galway | Hybrid
We are seeking a commercially minded B2B Account Executive to join our expanding team. This role sits within a newly restructured commercial function that is transitioning from traditional customer service into a proactive, revenue-supporting, business-critical unit.

About the Role
As a B2B Account Executive, you will manage end-to-end customer activity, from order execution through to performance tracking, acting as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams. You will ensure operational precision, anticipate issues, and support commercial planning through accurate reporting and analysis.
This position requires strong coordination skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of B2B customers, serving as their primary contact for all account activity.
- Own the full order lifecycle: order accuracy, fulfilment coordination, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate daily with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Customs, and Planning teams.
- Monitor high-value orders, escalating risks early and ensuring seamless execution.
- Analyse order patterns and customer behaviour to support forecasting and commercial planning.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting across systems (SAP, Salesforce, Excel).
- Provide clear, proactive communication to internal teams and customers.
- Identify improvement opportunities across service, processes, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B account management, customer operations, supply chain coordination, or a comparable commercial role.
- Background in Pharma, MedTech, Agri, Manufacturing, or other regulated/technical industries is an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand operational risk and customer priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting).
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems is beneficial.
- Ability to present structured insights through a case-study exercise during selection.
