Band 3 Housekeeper / Cook

Flexsource NI are recruiting for Band 3 Housekeeper / Cook on a temporary full time basis.

Responsibilities:

·        Planning meals, ordering stock, checking quality and quantity of deliveries, preparation of food, supervision during meal times, and cleaning of food stores and kitchens

·        Maintain high standards of cleaning throughout the entire building, to include private rooms, shared spaces, bathrooms etc.

·        Order, replenish and maintain stock records of all cleaning products as required

·        Report any maintenance requirements and maintain appropriate records

·        cleaning of all floor areas, sanitary areas, furniture and fittings as well as spot cleaning of walls, windows and glass partitions

·        Responsible of changing of bedding, curtains etc, and carrying out a laundering and ironing service for personal clothing, bed linen, towels etc.

Requirements:

·        AN NVQ in Food Preparation and Cooking

·        Minimum of 1 years experience in a cooking and housekeeping role in either the private or public sector

·        Basic Food Hygiene certificate
