Band 3 Storekeeper

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Band 3 Storekeeper on a temporary full time basis within the Belfast area.

Responsibilities:

·        Maintaining agreed stock levels within the Stores Department

·        Ordering/receipting and issuing of stock

·        Carry out office based stores activities such as, making up orders, and using procurement systems to log activities

·        Interacting with suppliers for delivery and payment

·        Communicating with stakeholders about disruptions and delays in supply and delivery

·        Carryout spot checks on stock levels, and complete annual stock takes

·        Assist and cover with the courier service as required

Requirements:

·        5 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include English and Math

·        Minimum of 1 years previous experience in a stores/distribution environment

·        Experience working with Microsoft office, stores, and procurement systems

·        Full UK driving licence and access to transport
