We’re hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative to join a high-growth global SaaS company that has just launched its Irish hub and is one of the most talked-about tech employers right now.
Important:
This role requires fluency in BOTH Spanish and Italian and prior sales exposure.
Profiles with only one language or no sales experience will not be considered.
Role: Outbound Business Development Representative
Your Impact
- Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from leading-edge marketing automation technology
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and execute outbound strategies
- Create, test, and optimise multichannel outreach messaging (email, phone, social)
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices with a high-performing sales team
- Take ownership of targets and consistently push for strong results
About You
Languages:
- Spanish: Native or fully fluent
- Italian: Fluent (spoken & written)
- English: Professional working proficiency
- Sales experience:
- Minimum 6 months in a BDR/SDR role, OR
- A junior AE looking to step into a high-growth SaaS environment, OR
- Relevant sales internships with real prospecting exposure
- Target-driven & motivated – you enjoy outbound, metrics, and momentum
- Energetic, self-aware, and coachable – you want to grow fast and learn from top performers
- A proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail

- Salary: €43,550 base + bonus (OTE €67K)
