The Behaviour Support Specialist is responsible for understanding and resolving issues pertaining to individuals communicating with us through behaviours that we find challenging, and supporting individuals towards better wellbeing to enhance their potential.
Requirements:
- Possess a MSc. In Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive behaviour Support.
- A minimum of 1 years full time with relevant post qualification with relevant experience in conducting assessments and developing related interventions
- Have experience of providing relevant behavioural support to adults and/or children in a similar setting for the relevant role
- Be Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), or Irish Society of Behaviour Analysis (ISBA), or hold full membership of Division of Behaviour Analysis with the Psychological Society of Ireland
- Must have a full clean driver’s license (with eligibility to drive in Ireland) and use of a car
