Location: Deansgrange

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (Monday – Saturday, working every 2nd Saturday)

Salary: €50,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

Car parking available

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused branch in Deansgrange. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales and service targets

·      Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone

·      Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and branch plans

·      Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the branch

·      Maintain high standards in merchandising, store presentation, and administration

·      Ensure all company policies, procedures, and controls are consistently followed

·      Act as a role model for commitment, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Essential Skills & Experience:

·      Strong leadership experience, ideally in retail or FMCG environments

·      Excellent people management and team-building skills

·      Strong commercial acumen with the ability to overcome obstacles

·      Basic accounting and IT knowledge

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·      Flexible, proactive, and confident in a customer-facing environment
