Business Development Executive
Location: North County Dublin | Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE €70,000 – €100,000+)

This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and driving business growth in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, delivering bespoke energy and sustainability solutions.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and tenders to potential clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and exceptional service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth and success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally involving consultative or solution-based selling.
- Familiarity with the Irish energy market is an advantage, though not essential – full product and industry training will be provided.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated, commercially focused, and target-driven.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
