What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with experienced Account Executives to refine your sales approach and develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Use a mix of outreach channels — email, LinkedIn, phone, and more — to engage prospects across different industries and decision-maker levels.
- Identify high-value companies that align with our solutions and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Drive pipeline growth by securing qualified meetings and creating strong new business opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in German and English.
- At least 9 months of experience in a sales, account management, or client-facing role where you’ve interacted directly with customers.
- A proactive, commercially minded attitude with a genuine interest in developing a long-term sales career.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment.
