As an Outbound BDR, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving new business opportunities from the heart of Dublin, working with a flexible hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
- Collaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices to enhance outbound processes and support overall team success
Your Skills and Experience
- 12 months of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology space
- A strong drive for continuous improvement and commitment to high standards
- Motivated by exceeding targets and achieving ambitious goals
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and Italian (written and spoken) and English
