Business Director – Facilities, Environmental Services
Our client, a growing organisation in the environmental services and facilities sector, is seeking an experienced Business Director to lead and grow a business unit of approximately €3-4m.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the business unit in line with the strategic plan and KPIs
- Full operational oversight and service delivery management
- Prepare and manage monthly management accounts and budgets
- Drive commercial performance and new business opportunities
- Provide strong leadership, build team capability and foster collaboration
Ideal profile:
- Senior Manager / General Manager with small-business leadership experience
- Strong operational, commercial, financial and business development skills
- Experience in environmental services, facilities, engineering or related sectors (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
