My client, a public sector organisation based in Tullamore, is seeking a Clerical Officer to join their team. This full-time temporary role will involve providing reception cover along with a range of general administrative duties.

Position Details
- 35 hours per week
- Contract from January to end of June
- €17 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Providing reception cover as required
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting general administrative tasks including accounts processing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Assisting with meeting room bookings and coordinating visitor appointments
- Maintaining accurate files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reception or clerical role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
