My client, a public sector organisation based in Offaly is seeking a Clerical Officer to join their team. This role is working on reception on a full-time temporary basis.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greeting visitors and managing front desk enquiries
- Answering and directing telephone calls in a courteous, professional manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor appointments
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reception or clerical role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
