Commercial Project Manager
Location: Ireland- located near Airport to facilitate travel

Position Summary
The Commercial Project Manager will lead key transformation programs focused on operational excellence, ERP implementation, and global process harmonisation across commercial areas such as sales, project management, and service. The role ensures successful delivery of commercial workstreams, alignment across regions, and sustainable adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate commercial workstreams to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and report progress, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with process owners, super users, and technical specialists to align business requirements and system functionality.
- Act as the main contact for stakeholders and ensure their needs are reflected in solution design.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and change management activities.
- Promote awareness, engagement, and adoption of new processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in ERP systems (preferably IFS Cloud or similar).
- Solid understanding of commercial processes, including sales and service management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across global organizations.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
Other Details
- Strong leadership and influencing skills without direct authority.
- International travel up to 30% required for global coordination and collaboration.
