What You’ll Do
- Review and classify online content (text, audio, video) based on client guidelines
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues
- Advocate for user safety and community standards
- Stay updated on evolving policies and participate in process improvements
- Engage in discussions around socially sensitive topics to keep platforms secure
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Estonian and strong English communication skills
- Emotional resilience and ability to manage sensitive content
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and objective decision-making
- Passion for internet culture and awareness of social/political trends
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus

This position is fully office based, but you will be in Dublin City Centre, and it is for a DAY shift, unless changes of Business needs. Start date: February 2026. Please get in touch to know more.
