My client, a well-known healthcare related organisation has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to join their Marketing team.

Key responsibilities:
- Execute the customer contact plan as directed by the Marketing Director.
- Plan, test and execute direct marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioural change objectives via direct mail, email, SMS, onsite messaging, and push notifications.
- Responsible for end-to-end customer and frontline experience of campaigns.
- Responsible for submitting campaign data requirements to all relevant teams and ensure customer data compliance and policies are adhered to.
- Monitor the development, implementation, and performance of models for external and internal lists.
- Actively participate in budgeting and re-forecasting processes; Recommend optimal mail quantities, as well as mail date, and mailing strategies based on test results.
- Liaise between external vendors and internal departments to examine and solve issues and opportunities that arise daily.
- Troubleshoot, brainstorm, and address issues that may arise during the execution of direct mail campaigns.
- Assign and delegate mailings and schedules for each campaign. Liaise with fulfilment agency on all levels, from stock, to print, fulfilment & post.
- Execute the buying and mailing of Data lists.
- Testing proposition and customer experience before launching a campaign by carrying out regular and timely campaign reviews.
- Proactively monitor current customer behaviours and business performance to identify potential opportunities for driving incremental gains.
- Maintain the CRM Database and provide regular BI/KPI reports.
- Track and analyse, ROI, Response Rates, Conversion Rates, etc., on each campaign across the portfolio and recommend strategies for future mailings.
- Monitor costs for assigned campaigns.
Essential task requirements/experience you bring to the business:
- 3+ years of utilising CRMs, with an understanding of marketing campaigns in fast-paced moving organisations.
- ERP systems, e.g., Microsoft AX, diary management systems and reporting, i.e., PowerBI, etc.
- Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 while not essential would be an advantage, however, prior robust experience working with CRM is required to be a success in this role.
- Advanced level experience of Excel using Pivot tables, CUBE reporting, etc.
- Experience providing training content and delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communications using word, Power Point and Outlook.
