CROATIAN QA - Quality Analyst
Join a fast-paced team driving excellence in content quality and moderation. As a Quality Analyst, you’ll coach, train, and support Reps to meet performance standards and SLA targets. You’ll work closely with team leads to monitor quality, deliver feedback, and improve decision accuracy across markets. We
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and train Reps on quality and policy updates
- Analyse performance data and identify trends
- Support TLs with action plans and improvement strategies
- Lead investigations into escalations and audit inconsistencies
- Deliver just-in-time training and refreshers
- Provide feedback to enhance tools and processes
- Collaborate on projects to boost operational delivery
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- QA experience in content moderation or Trust & Safety
- Croatian language proficiency + English (C1+)
- Deep cultural awareness and social media fluency
- Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of AI and digital platforms
