Customer Service Executive – Fluent French + Spanish or French + Portuguese
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – Park West) | Working hours: Monday to Friday, 14:30–23:00
We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive fluent in French and either Spanish or Portuguese, with strong English skills, to join a global, technology-led organisation based in Dublin.
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week onsite at our Park West office. You’ll work Monday to Friday, five consecutive days, on a late shift from 14:30 to 23:00 — ideal for candidates who prefer afternoon/evening hours.
You’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, supporting a wide range of queries — from straightforward requests like password resets to more complex operational issues. Your goal will be to deliver a high-quality, human customer experience via phone and email.
This is not a traditional call-centre environment. There’s no IVR and no volume-driven culture. Instead, the focus is on ownership, problem-solving, and getting things right for the customer, rather than rushing through cases.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a consistently positive experience
- Own customer issues end-to-end, resolving queries thoroughly and documenting solutions clearly
- Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolution
What We’re Looking For
- Full fluency (C2) in French and either Spanish or Portuguese, plus strong English (C1)
- A genuine customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across cultures
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude, with an interest in long-term career growth
- Confidence using technology systems to manage customer records and workflows
