My client base in Dublin 12 is seeking a customer service representative for immediate start. This position will be for a minimum of one month. This position will involve working Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
The successful candidate will be required to
- Handle inbound calls and email queries
- Process orders
- Manage proof of delivery requests and queries
- Answer tickets through the ticket handling system
- Produce and update daily and month end reports
- Track, measure and manage complaints
- Identify any sales leads and pass details to the dedicated sales team
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Some administration experience
- The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite such as outlook, word and excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
