My client is looking for a warm, highly organised Customer Service Representative. You’ll be the first point of contact for their customers, handling emails, phone calls, and chat messages with professionalism, patience, and to use initiative when required. You will play a key role in making sure every customer interaction feels seamless and supportive.
This role may require, but is not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries across email, phone, live chat, and social media DMs/comments.
- Resolve delivery issues by liaising directly with courier companies (DHL, UPS, etc.).
- Process claims, track parcels, and update customers on the status of their orders.
- Troubleshoot problems with orders and provide timely, empathetic solutions.
- Learn and operate digital systems including our warehouse and courier platforms.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues (specifically warehouse operations, marketing and the CEO). New product development and product research will also play a role in the collaborative work with others in the team.
- Support the sales and fulfilment of larger corporate gifting orders when required.
- Assisting the Marketing team with social media activity such as DM’s, comment responses, Research, content calendar planning, Social media ads, social media results reporting, content ideas and creative content.
- Liaise with suppliers for stock, new product enquiries and pricing
- Offer assistance to accounting department to organise invoices, payments, and receipts
- Perform other duties as assigned.

· Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
· Excellent phone and email manner—you’re confident, have patience, and professional.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
· Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (shipping portals, customer support tools, etc.).
· A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
· Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
· Experience in a customer service, support, or helpdesk role is highly desirable.
· A friendly personality that reflects our brand values of warmth, care, and Irish wit.
Nice to Have
· Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or logistics.
· Familiarity with DHL/FedEx systems or Shopify.
· Knowledge of support tools (e.g. Gorgias, Aircall).
