Are you enthusiastic about helping others and delivering top-notch service? We're on the lookout for a fluent Danish-speaking Customer Advisor to support our customers via phone, email, and chat. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and satisfying interactions, resolving inquiries related to contracts, billing, and more.
Your Role:
- Be the first point of contact for customers of a leading streaming service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding billing, contracts, and technical support.
- Assist both B2B and B2C customers, offering first- and second-line support.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Make outbound calls for admin-related tasks, such as collecting feedback or issuing payment reminders.

- Basic understanding of administrative and technical processes.
