Cybersecurity Governance Analyst – Utilities / Critical Infrastructure
We are working with a leading Irish utilities organisation to hire a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to support their Generation & Trading environment. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operational technology, with a strong focus on regulatory alignment and practical security outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities aligned to the NIS Directive
- Monitor compliance with security policies and standards, reporting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Conduct cyber risk assessments, track remediation actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, regulators, and internal assurance activities
- Collaborate with OT, IT, vendors, and business teams to embed security controls across generation assets
Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, with strong exposure to governance, risk, or compliance
- Knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks such as NIS/NIS2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
