Demand Generation Manager – 12-Month Contract
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – office & remote)
Start Date: February 2026
Our technology client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Demand Generation Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and comfortable translating strategic ideas into high-impact, data-driven marketing programs. You will be a strong cross-functional collaborator who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimise demand generation campaigns aligned to lead generation and revenue targets.
- Partner closely with growth marketing, sales, content marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to deliver end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns.
- Define campaign strategy using a test-and-learn mindset and manage external agencies supporting content and creative development across LinkedIn, email, and web channels.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including engagement, lead volume, and funnel conversion, turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Clearly communicate strategy, performance updates, insights, and results to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
About You:
- Proven experience setting and owning a road-map, successfully driving initiatives from strategy through to execution.
- A creative, audience-centric marketer with a passion for building programs that motivate action.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience using data and experimentation (including A/B testing) to improve performance and drive innovation.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working across time zones and contributing to global marketing strategies.
- A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships and influences cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams; direct Sales experience or prior partnership with Sales leadership is an advantage.
