_{What you will do:} 

_{·      Assurance of compliance with EHS legislation, industry standards, and corporate policies.}

_{·      Promotion and development of an Incident & Injury Free safety culture on the project.}

_{·      Actively participate in process operational risk assessments with multidisciplinary teams.} 

_{·      Monitor and drive completion of outstanding HAZOP actions related to chemical safety, PPE, and operational controls.}

_{·      Collaborate cross-functionally to meet milestones such as Operational Readiness Reviews and equipment handover.}

_{·      Track and manage completion of process walk-down and risk assessment actions}

_{·      Support environmental compliance and support Industrial emissions licence actions.}

_{·      Support incident investigations and implement Good Save Reporting Programme.}

_{·      Communicate EHS performance via dashboards and metrics.}

_{·      Manage audit and inspection programmes and review incident data for trends.}

_{·      Develop and deliver EHS training for the project.}

_{Minimum Requirements:}

_{·      BA diploma or relevant certificates in Environmental, Health and/or Safety areas.}

_{·      5+ years of relevant experience.} 

_{·     Proficiency in understanding and applying the laws, regulations, standards, and best practices governing environmental, health and safety at work.}

_{·      Strong verbal and written communication skills.} 

_{·      Good skills in managing digital systems and Microsoft Office Suite.} 

_{·      Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.} 

_{·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.}

_{Nice to have:}

_{·      Knowledge and experience managing technical aspects of EHS programs.} 

_{·      Knowledge in digital tools (SharePoint and/or EHS digital platforms).} 

_{·      Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.} 

_{·      Good organizational skills and attention to detail.} 

_{·      Ability to adapt to changing priorities.}
