The job: Learning Consultant - DUTCH

One of our clients, one of the most exciting and fast growing IT companies is looking for Dutch candidates with experience in E-learning /training.

Responsibilities and tasks

·      Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training via a variety of modalities and technologies. 

·      Facilitate instructor-led classroom and virtual online training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally. 

·      Partner with the global Customer Learning team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent processes, programs and customer experience globally. 

·      Partner with internal subject matter experts (CSMs, Customer Learning team members, Insights, Solutions, Product, etc.) to develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn products and customers. 

·      Update training materials. Review feedback and identify opportunities for improvement on an ongoing basis. 

·      Recommend changes to training materials and facilitation design. Maintain participant records (e.g. registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance). 

Your Profile/Skillset

·      2+ years in Customer Training, (virtual) education or L&D environment. 

·     Experience delivering ILT / VILT learning programs. 

·     Fluency in English and Dutch.

·   Excellent team player, always ready to go an extra mile

What's on offer

·  Salary 56K pro rata

·  11 months contract
